Aalmi Travel is a hotel marketplace for the Haramain corridor. We contract directly with properties in Makkah and Madinah, publish honest distances and real availability, and let travellers pay in a way that fits their budget.
Our story
We began as a ground-handling operator in Al Madinah, arranging rooms for agents whose groups arrived on short notice. What we kept running into was the same problem: the listings those agents were working from didn't match reality. Distances were rounded down, prices moved at check-in, and “walking distance” could mean forty minutes in August heat.
So we started contracting hotels ourselves and measuring the walk from each entrance to each gate. That measurement is now the first thing we publish, and the filter most of our customers reach for first.
Today we operate 30+ contracted properties across six Saudi cities, with desks in Saudi Arabia, Oman and India so that a question asked at 9pm in Delhi gets answered the same evening.
What we hold ourselves to
Distance before discount
We lead with walking distance to the Haram because that's what actually shapes a pilgrimage. A cheaper room 6 km out costs you an hour of every prayer.
One price, stated once
VAT and municipality fees are in the number you see. We take our margin from the hotel, not from a line item you discover at checkout.
Verified, not aggregated
Every property is contracted directly and visited before it goes live. We don't resell inventory we haven't seen.
A human within minutes
Group desks answer on WhatsApp during working hours across three time zones. Bookings over five rooms get a named coordinator.
