These terms govern your use of Aalmi Travel and any booking you make through it. By using the site you accept them.
1. Who we are
Aalmi Travel is operated by SuvaniTech, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our head office is at Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Qurban Up, City Plaza Complex.
We act as an intermediary between you and the accommodation provider. The contract for the stay itself is between you and the property.
2. Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when we issue a booking reference and voucher. Selecting rooms places a 15-minute hold and does not guarantee availability.
Some properties operate on request-to-book. In that case the property has 12 hours to accept. If it does not, the hold is released and any deposit is refunded in full.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
All prices are quoted and settled in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Other currencies shown are indicative conversions and are not the amount charged.
Displayed totals include VAT at 15% and the municipality fee. Where a deposit option applies, the balance is due before arrival and we will remind you by email.
4. Changes and cancellation
The cancellation policy shown on the property page and in your confirmation applies. Free-cancellation deadlines are calculated in the property's local time.
Amendments are subject to availability and may be re-priced at the current rate.
5. Your responsibilities
Guest names must match the travel documents presented at check-in. Properties may refuse entry where they do not.
You are responsible for visas, permits and any entry requirements. We do not provide immigration advice.
6. Liability
We are responsible for operating the platform and processing your booking accurately. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of the accommodation provider.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
